ALEXANDER HOUSE — SOMMERHOUSE AM SEE
Photographic art and collecting Written by André Wagner
The Alexander House (also Sommerhaus Alexander) is a listed building on the shores of the Groß Glienicker See in the Potsdam district of Groß Glienicke. It was built in 1927 on behalf of the Jewish doctor and then President of the Berlin Medical Association Dr. Alfred Alexander as a weekend and summer house for the family.

Feedback from the Harding family on my photographs:
‘Dear André’
The photos you took today are just extraordinary. Thank you, thank you for all your hard work.
What a gift.
‘Dear André’
May I express my most sincere thanks to you for these really beautiful photographs of the Alexander House.
It is hard to believe what has been achieved in recent years in the restoration of the house... With so much consideration, care and dedication of all the professionals involved.
Somehow you captured exactly that in these photographs.
They are truly precious to us.
I look forward to meeting you and celebrating the opening day.
Warm greetings
