Am kund des eklingeswar-shiva-tempels in rajasthan, IndienA closer look at the work
A stone embankment leads from the lower left into the distance. Steps, a wall and scattered people occupy a narrow zone between land and water. The blue pool fills much of the image, with low mountains beneath a clear sky beyond. Small ripples interrupt its reflections.
The kund appears both as a constructed space and an open body of water. Human figures give the steps a scale without dominating the scene. Where does architecture end when its reflection continues across water? The photograph keeps that boundary visibly in motion.
