A closer look at the work

One pale wave rises from dark blue water. Its narrow crest runs across the lower half, casting broken reflections forward. The sea above stays deep and comparatively even, with a subdued horizon. Contrast gathers at the foamy edge.

The image concentrates on a continually renewed boundary. This bright seam separates no fixed surfaces; it marks a temporary condition within the same water. The wave becomes both line and body, with its dark surroundings withholding the movement's beginning and end.

Personal consultation

The work, the space, the presentation.

What interests you about this work? I take time for your questions, its origins and its place in a collection. Together, we explore differences between works and their relationship with space, light and architecture.

Size, selected materials and bespoke framing are carefully coordinated. The precise presentation develops through our conversation.

A photograph of the intended space can help us consider scale and placement.
