A closer look at the work
Strong red gates form a narrow passage whose ground recedes sharply. Black bases and small stones line both sides; crisp crossed shadows mark the pale path. Nearby posts fill the edges while distant beams become a dense dark pattern.
Light builds a second architecture on the ground. Shadows derive from structures yet form their own drawing. The eye can follow them below and gates above, both thickening with distance. The empty passage is occupied by relations between bodies and shadows, leaving movement a possibility within articulated space.
